iPod Shuffle Contest - Official Rules No purchase or obligation necessary 1. How to Enter - Use an image, graphic, or flash generator from CriticalLayouts.com on a blog, profile, or website. The image, graphic, or flash generator must be used in its entirety and include all text link codes associated with it. You may enter as many times as you like, but only once per blog, profile, or website. Your entry must be submitted using the iPod Shuffle Contest Entry Form. No other methods of entry will be accepted. Entry requires submission of your name, email address, and the URL where the image, graphic, or generator is used. Entry to this contest constitutes acceptance of these terms and acceptance of CriticalLayouts.com terms of service. This contest is sponsored by CriticalLayouts.com and has no affiliation with Apple or any other companies discussed or shown. 2. Duration  - The contest will begin on January 30, 2008. The contest will end on February 29, 2008 with a winner being announced on CriticalLayouts.com shortly thereafter. 3. Eligibility - Anyone in the U.S. that is 18 years of age or older with a public blog, profile, or website is eligible to participate in the contest. 4. Prize - The grand prize is one 1GB iPod shuffle. APR $75 US. 5. Prize Restrictions - Prizes are non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent offered except at Sponsor's option. All taxes are the responsibility solely of the winners. 6. Winning - One winner will be randomly selected  from all entries received. 7. Notification of Winner/Claiming Prize - Winners will be notified by email message and have up to 10 days to claim their prize via an e-mail reply, stating their name, address, city, state, zip, age, home phone number and/or work phone number. If selected winner does not claim their prize via an e-mail reply within 10 days from being selected as winner of the Contest, an alternate winner will be selected until the selected winner replies via e-mail within 10 days of being selected as the winner of the Contest. 8. Additional Terms - By participating, entrants agree a) to the Official Rules, and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all respects; and b) to release, discharge and hold harmless CriticalLayouts.com, its respective affiliated companies, subsidiaries, franchisees, agents, and advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective directors, owners, and employees from all claims or damages arising out of their participation in the Contest and the acceptance, use or misuse of a prize.
